If you are coming with your family or a group of friends and you want to spend a week, two weeks, a month on the Lampedusa’s island, we have the solution! A Three – Bedroom apartment with a wonderful sea view. From the balcony of the apartment you can admire the picturesque Porto Vecchio of Lampedusa, and you can wake up with the smell of the sea. After a day of diving in the most beautiful sea of Italy, you can also admire the wonderful sunset. The three-bedroom apartment is ideal for 6 people. As in a club, you can enjoy greater protection and convenience thanks to a reserved entrance to all public areas (stairs, waiting room, terrace- solarium, bar area).
Obviously, the three – bedroom apartment is also equipped with autonomous key, and also with:
- 3 bedroom, 2 of which with balcony and sea view;
- table and chairs in solid wood;
- masonry kitchen of 2 linear meters;
- dishes, glasses and cutlery;
- closet;
- bedside tables;

Our three – bedroom apartment are about 46 square meters.
Unlike a common private apartment for 5 or 6 people, here you can count on all the staff that will be always ready to intervene for any eventuality. The strategic location of residence allows you to move at any time without difficulty. It is located just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Lampedusa and 8 minutes walk from the public bus stop that will take you to the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean Sea.
If you want to rent a car or a scooter to get around the island of Lampedusa, it is useful to know that you can park your vehicle near our Residence. If you need to send equipment for sports activities (diving), let us know! We will take it over without additional costs.
Our residence is a four stars hotel!
All apartments and linen are always cleaned and disinfected before the arrival of the guests. Air conditioners, gas plant and plumbing are subjected to strict periodic reviews. The wall color may be different from what appears in the photos.
Transfer service from/to the Lampedusa’s airport/port is always included for all types of apartments.
