The structure, of new construction, has 8 apartments : 5 studio apartments, 1 one – bedroom apartment, 1 two – bedroom apartment, 1 three – bedroom apartment , a bar area, a great terrace – solarium and a courtesy room in which you can store luggage (arrival /departure).
Every apartment is furnished with a classical interior design in harmony with the cultural heritage of the island (kitchen in masonry, furniture in classic style, chairs in wood, large and comfortable beds).
Our objective is to make the guests feel in a familiar atmosphere without however renouncing to all the comforts of the new technologies (TV with a satellite receiver, safe, air – conditioning ).

Every guest can benefit from the terrace in common of 140 square meters.
